If you think you are suffering from depression or anxiety the most important thing that you need to do is to speak to your midwife, health visitor or doctor. They are here to help you. They will not judge you.
The way you are feeling is very common. Approximately 10%-20% of all women experience depression or anxiety when they are pregnant or after their baby is born.
It is also really important to remember that the way you are feeling is temporary and it will not last.
