Is this group for you?

Are you pregnant or have had a baby in the last year?

Have you been feeling low, down, depressed, scared or hopeless?

There are many different symptoms of depression and anxiety. We suggest you look at our Test Yourself page to read them and see if you are feeling low.

If in doubt, email us and ask.

Do you have to 'talk'?

The group is for women who want to come and have a cup of tea with other women who understand how they are feeling.

You are under no pressure to talk about how you are feeling but you also know that you are amongst a group of like minded people who are there to support you when you may be feeling alone.

Our group is run as part of PANDAS support groups which are run around the country.
